This app puts the #Enzian score right at your fingertips. No looking up on a poster or webpage, just tab on the screen and get the #Enzian score for your theatre report or notes. Plain and simple.

All you need to do is open the app and tab on the screen to the found pathology. The app will question all necessary locations (i.e. ovary left/right, tubes etc.) and will show the #Enzian score at the end which then can be transfered into the theatre report or patients notes.
Also on the phone – if wanted the rASRM score and the EFI score can be calculated with a couple of tabs more. The rASRM is the official endometriosis score of the American Society for Reproductive Medizine and has been used in the revised version for quite some time in the scientific literature. But due to the quite extensive calculation process the clinical use has left room for improvement (Besides some clinical gaps). This is where digital helpers like the Endo-Enzian App comes into place. This app makes the calculation a lot more practical and on hand.
Next the clinical consequence of these scores has been published for fertility in the EFI score. But as clinical use of the describing scores was not common, this clinical score was also hard to determine. Even though in clinical routine the question regarding the chances of getting pregnant is very relevant for the patient and clinician. Hence the benefit of this app. The user gets the EFI score and with it the chances of getting pregnant within the next years. Based on this data further treatment plans regarding conception or treatment can be based.
